so i was eating at a restaurant in flushing yesterday and they were playing this song. sure sounds familiar, doesn't it? the original is a classic and this english cover is actually not that bad.
the real question is: "who DOESN'T want to go to argentina???"
so jimmy is going to be in rosario, argentina for business. he'll be staying at a 5-star hotel. those who visit him can, of course, crash there for free. his work assignment is from 9/17 - 9/26 and he can stay longer just to travel. UPDATE: here's my finalized plan--the tickets are bought!
fly out of the US on sunday night, 9/23.
arrive at buenos aires on monday morning, 9/24.
take the 3-hour bus from buenos aires to rosario.
monday - wednesday (9/24 - 9/26): explore the city of rosario during the day while jimmy's at work.
thursday, 9/27: take the 3-hour bus to buenos aires with jimmy.
thursday - tuesday (9/27 - 10/2): explore buenos aires.
fly out of buenos aires on tuesday night, 10/2.
total number of days for the trip: 10. number of vacation days used: 8.
sounds pretty awesome, right? the more people who come on this trip, the merrier. i minored in spanish and haven't forgotten everything, so i promise i won't get us killed. i also promise that we'll all have a good time.
